At Zezky, every item is made with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because each piece is produced individually and in limited stock, we want to be transparent about how our return process works.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
Please note that we do not accept returns if you change your mind after placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it goes into production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Quality Issues or Faulty Items
We only accept returns if the product has a quality issue or a manufacturing fault.
If this happens:
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your case, and if approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
3. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including size or color preferences.
Since each hoodie is made to order and produced in limited quantities, we cannot accommodate size swaps or product exchanges.
4. Wrong Size Orders
Please double-check your size before placing an order using our Size Guide.
If you order the wrong size, we cannot replace or refund it, as every item is manufactured specifically for you.
